THE INCORPORATION

PETI TRADING INC. is a duly registered corporation with the Philippines Securities & Exchange Commission (SEC) with SEC Registration No. 187742 dated 05 March 1991 and with the Department of Trade & Industry (DTI) with DTI Certificate of Registration No. 0018046. The Corporation is permitted by SEC and DTI to engage in equipment trading and importation and enter into specialized  service contracts.

The Corporation’s main objectives are to promote, supply and service equipment, its related parts, accessories and consumables to industries related to underground and open pit mining, quarrying, civil works and tunnelling, drilling and blasting, muckhandling, roadheading, bulk handling, shotcreting, grouting, roof supports, including  process and power related technologies, while  acting as exclusive agents, distributors and representatives of various specialized and reputable manufacturers worldwide.
